Girls and Hair

These pictures were taken last week, but I just go them off my camera. My dear friend Lisa let her girls come over and play with my girls. Of course they wanted to do hair. My oldest daughter is usually the one doing all of the braiding, so she was happy to let Honeybee do her hair for a change. They got tired before they got here whole head done, so she had to go babysitting with half a head of cornrows. It was pretty funny. I think Dimples was the photographer.

Hi! The title of your blog (and the verse) remind me of a great Sara Groves song ... have you ever heard the song that says "love washed over a multitude of things ... love washed over multitude of things and made us whole" --- so true!

Hey - I had no idea that Honeybee could braid like that! Wait a second, I need to put her to work braiding at home. I think I'll add "braiding younger sisters' hair" to the chore chart.

Thanks for having the girls over!

I remember Kim french braiding my hair for hours when we were in junior high. I am still, to this day, completely incapable of braiding my own hair. Sad.

Friday is our HS homecoming football game. You should come and bring the kiddos. I will be selling shirts at the game since I'm the Alumni Assoc. President. Maybe we could catch up after or on Saturday. Call me.
