Giving with a Pure Heart

I came across this post by Doug Wilson this morning. I found it very encouraging. I know that many Christians struggle over giving to causes that are unworthy. The point is that giving with a pure heart is the most important thing. God truly does not want our money, He wants our hearts. The truth then does set us free. Free from having to second guess whether or not we should have given that money to the person that said they needed it, but turned out to be conning us. God will judge by the heart, not the receipt.
