Okay, be prepared. I have been reading Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortensen. I believe that one of the things Ethiopia needs to build their society is good schools. AAI has started a project to build a school in a town called Dessie. I read more about it in an update that AAI will be publishing later this year. They included stories of individual students, and what the school means to them. We are so fortunate, and take so much in our education system for granted. Here is a 10 minute video about the project. I would also encourage you to check out Ethiopia Reads. I'm sure I will have more to post on this later.
