Loving ET

We made it. I discovered that I don't hate flying, I hate taking off and landing. When you cruise for 12 hours in a not full plane it isn't so bad.

Ethiopia is amazing! So beautiful, and the best weather I have had in years! The people are beautiful, friendly, smart, just incredible. We have been holding babies, chasing a toddler, getting sunburns, and eating injera. I am so glad that I came and that Rick and Brooke are here too. Brooke has had two friends to hang out with, and is having a great time holding the babies at the guesthouse. We have been moving into the guesthouse ever since we got here. Today we finally figured out the internet. The new guest house is beautiful, really nice garden area, and very airy.

I am hoping that our waiver comes back quickly, but am trying to be realistic. Nesradine is wonderful. He eats more than Brooke and I put together, and sleeps all night. I love this little guy. He loves to be held, which is great because if you set him down he is gone. The people love him, he is very entertaining. The plane ride home should be something. Praise God Brooke will be with me.

I have no idea when you will read this, but we are so happy to hear that you are all doing well! Thank the Lord for His goodness. We can't wait to see your busy boy! We're praying for a quick turn around on the waiver.

I knew you would love your little guy. Don't worry about the plane ride. At least you have just one kiddo and two people to help you. I highly doubt you will read this but make sure you will bring enough snacks for Nesradine plane ride because he will hate the food on the plane. Thanks for posting.
Thanks to our God that everything is going so well. Praying for speedy waiver process!!
