12 Years of Bronster

Today my Bronster turns 12.  She is probably the most like me of all my children.  She keeps things to herself, which can cause her to be a bit moody. We tell our kids that they must obey, right away, all the way, with a good attitude.  She obeys right away, all the way, with a bad attitude, but she is getting better. She is always in the fight on the side of the underdog.  I used to send her out with the other kids knowing if someone was going to get the worst of it, she would come in to help them out.  She is tough as nails, and a very loyal friend.  She gives the strongest hugs of anyone I have ever met.  She is much more artistic than I am.  She draws beautifully and can put together colors well.  Beach grandma has gotten her into beading lately so she has been putting together some fabulous jewelry.

She chose for her birthday meal, chicken stir fry, with potstickers, and German Chocolate Cake.  German chocolate is one of my favorites so I was happy to oblige.

Several of her siblings wanted to make necklaces for her.  They picked out the beads and she got to string them herself.  Omega is working on her fine motor skills and put together three strings of beads.  They were very pretty and kept her occupied for a couple of hours.  Bronster also got some webkins, and a gift from her dear friend Megan who moved to CA.  She is working on getting enough money for a Nintendo DS, she still needs a couple more baby sitting jobs for that.
