We got a picture today, of our little boy in the t-shirt we sent him. He had this funny expression, that he has in most of his pictures. I'm sure I have no idea what he is thinking, but he looks pleased in a pensive sort of way. Since he is only three, how much can he really comprehend about these pictures of people he has never seen that are now his family? I keep praying that God will steady his soul, and prepare him for the changes he is about to make. He looked so sweet reaching in the bag for the little gifts that we sent. Omega was sitting on my lap, she said "I love you N". We are working on the idea of having a new brother with her too.
It is amazing to see how God can change your heart and mind when He calls you to something new. I never imagined that we would have more children. I thought adoption was not possible for us, and surely not now. But God has been faithful in providing all that we have needed. All we had to do was surrender our plans and follow the path He laid out for us. I am so grateful for this wonderful, wild, loud, loving family that God has planted in my life.
