Speech Meet Results

It was a big day at Logos School today. We had teacher conferences and the speech meet. Report cards came home earlier in the week. Things are going well for the Schu kids. We had two with straight A's and one B in spelling, guess who that was. Mads is a steady A-B student. BK is apparently a math whiz, I had no idea. We are thinking maybe we have a future architect. Bronster was described as "nearly perfect" by her teacher, and he is a toughy. The two that are not in the letter grades yet are also doing well. We are grateful for a wonderful school, and the grace of God.

Speech meet went off as expected. Bk blanked and barely got through, which is reflective of the amount of effort she put into it. She is not our public speaker. E got first place with The Owl and the Pussycat. She worked very hard on it, and is quite the drama queen, so she did well. Karsten also got first place in his class. He must have worked on his stiff as a board routine. First quarter down, three more to go.
