K-man made this ornament in first grade. I don't think this one is going to survive to be hung on my Charlie Brown, empty nester tree. It used to come to a nice little point. On Monday I had a few of my friend's children over. The youngest one (I won't name names) kept walking around the tree. He would come back chewing, Hmmm. I asked him what he was eating, but he would only smile and shrug. It took me a while to locate the ornament that was shorter than it had been on the weekend. I suppose the shelf life for an ice cream cone could be three years. He didn't say icky.
