#304-313
Everyone was well and able to go to school today.
We had a house showing.
The sun has peeked out periodically between the clouds, and there is blue sky visible.
I can count on running into friends at the grocery store. Today it was Tigist, who makes injera for us. Her husband is graduating from WSU this spring, and we are invited to the celebration!
When I picked up my kindergartners they were each toting a 20 oz. pop. I asked them where they came from, and they answered they had their own money. They did mention that Mr. Whitling said they couldn't have them for breakfast. I am very thankful that Mr. Whitling was on his toes this morning and was able to give some great advice before Nesradine downed his Mt. Dew.
My music lessons were very helpfully rearranged, freeing up some time after school today.
When I went to get the mail, there was a package from a childhood friend. She sent a very sweet card and a BOOK! I love getting books in the mail. It was such a pleasant surprise.
My cupboards are full of good food.
I have a couple of school related trips coming up that I am very excited about. I love being able to see my kids in action, it is the fruit of all this labor.
God is truly good.
